Vehicle Service at Bannister Honda

Bannister did a great job replacing our front bumper repair (ICBC). They were timely, efficient, and professional. Their communication was excellent and they kept us well informed through the whole process. They made it very easy. I was very impressed with how fast they found the parts and scheduled our repair. The loaner vehicle was ready for us when we dropped off our car for repair. The car was shiny clean inside and out when I picked it up. They made it all very easy. I highly recommend Bannister.

They do good work and try hard to keep the car in great shape. Prices seem high but they have not added to my bill with unwarranted charges. Eg changing a battery terminal connection as I asked and then charging me 70$ for the diagnosis. Or charging me 100 dollars for telling me there was a bulge in my tire sidewall as we all could see. That was another Honda dealer

The service department was ready at my appointment time and my vehicle work was finished quickly. Staff were friendly.

Bannister has excellent service. They were able to get me in pretty quickly to get me a quote. Great service from start to finish. When I picked up my truck it was so clean inside and out not to me Tom the amazing work they did. The staff made the process so easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend them.

I had my winter tires switched over to my all seasons on rims.I really like that they store your tires in a secured area for only $50.00 per a season. Knowing that you do not need to worry about storing your self. When my truck was ready for me ready to pay. I mentioned to the service manager that I need to make another appointment for the recall on the latch of my hood. Right their without any hesitation the service manager said we have the part. He said l could do it right now, if that was fine with me. So I waited 10 minutes and the job was completed.I was so impressed of the service. I forgot the service managers name, but the gentleman has been with Bannister Honda in Vernon for 1 year this pastJanuary. He is so kind polite and professional.Even when it is busy.

Bannister Honda did a recall on my Honda Ridgeline truck. From start to finish they made everything easy, doing extra things I asked and even driving me home and picking me up. Very professional and well organized.
