Exact same experience as the comments below. This company DOES NOT respond to emails or phone calls. I placed an order almost a month ago, and I got ahold of someone at the 3 week mark, and they said it would be shipped the following week. Yet still no shipping details and I cannot get ahold of anyone and it's been a week after it was supposed to have been shipped! Extremely frustrating when you put out alot of money on their product and you have no idea what's going on.My bad for not checking reviews first!

Order placed over 2 months ago, no response to emails inquiring on order status'. I now have an ongoing paypal dispute also without response so I will be using paypal to get my money back. Clearly something going on here...

Ordered a part from them in November off their website. Was told in December they expected to start making it the next week. This was the only email out of 6 they responded to. They it is now May still have not gotten a refund or the part don't expect to see either. I should have checked their reviews prior to ordering got taken. I recommend NEVEr DOING BUISNESS WITH THEM!

Placed An Online Order On May 9/21 Emailed them on May 17 for an update....no response emailed them again..... My car is on jack stands with no exhaust.....its June 2nd 2021. Please give me my money back So I can Buy exhaust elsewhere and got my car back on the road.

Several emails in and no response. Ordered $1600 worth of exhaust parts....no response. I will give them to week three and then will process the refund request through PayPal. I will gladly change this review once they respond.

I should have read the google reviews before placing an order, they did exactly what the reviews have stated, placed and paid for an order July 8, they stayed in touch and then nothing no response to my emails, countless emails and not even one response. Asking a simple question when will you ship my parts? No response, i was willing to work with them but not 1 response back. So just cancelled my order with paypal, still haven't gotten my money back. The weird thing is they look and sound like a good company good people who know their stuff, why the no response i don't understand. Oh well cest lavie, will wait for the settlement from Paypal.

This company does not reply to communications. If you purchase something from them they will not send you your parts. If you email them or call them they will not reply. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Look through all the reviews and you will see this is a common issue with Black Haze over the last couple years. People purchase parts through their online store but then have to make paypal claims to get their money back because the company never sends their parts and does not reply to phone calls or emails. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!UPDATE: Look at the owners reply. They will not answer the phone or reply to an email but they responded to their negative Google review in 18 minutes. I'm not your customer because I cant get you to communicate with me!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

One of my favorite performance shops, and possibly the best in QC. The owner and staff are very accommodating. Creating quality builds, custom fabrication, and relatively quick servicing.

Bought a 1756 turbo from them took forever to arrive they claimed it was a direct bolt on unit but it was Infact NOT direct bolt on ,it took me some time to get it figure and then the turbo blew up with the first 5,000 kms it caused the engine to run away on me and almost screwed up my engine ask them to warrant my it but they said my one year warranty period is up and will not respond to me anymore, please do not use blackhazeworkshop I have heard nothing but horror stories from other people who used them

I tried to buy an exhaust online from them and unfortunately if you are not local they just don't care. So don't waste your time trying to order online and tie up your money waiting for a refund.
