My husband, daughter and I went into the store for the first time.. lovely store with a wide selection for all your pet’s.. however, one particular lady , I found rude and unfriendly.. The other lady who helped us, was wonderful and very knowledgeable !I’ve been in retail for many years and even had my own store.. so maybe, she was having a bad day ..

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to get treats for my dog and ended up walking out with a beta fish, all the supplies and very helpful information for the woman working. Will return in the future for all my pet needs!

Very knowledgeable staff. I was in there buying a fish for the first time in years, they answered all my questions and were super helpful and friendly. They also carried everything I needed. Store is fairly big too so lots to see and shop for.
