This place is usually amazing! 5 stars out of 5 but tonight a waitress mocked us and laughed, gave us peace signs when's we asked her for service from across the room since we weren't served in awhile. I love this place but the new waitress needs training in hospitality. For that, she lost a tip. We still love the atmosphere and will continue to return❤️

I was there last night for the oilers game with friends, while our server did start off as friendly quickly turn into her coming off seriously rude… now I understand she was busy as I’m also in the industry but it does not excuse her actions. The sever asked if I wanted a drink and I was at the time indecisive then when i was about to let her know she had already started to walk away and shrugged her shoulders at me with an eye roll then I decided after that I didn’t want to have anything else to drink because of her reaction she walked back to the table and proceeded to say “do you want anything or not” this server completely ruined my whole night and first time experience with O2’s.

Went in on a Sunday with my dog for a bowl of water and a beer. The young red headed woman working even had the dog charmed. The food was amazing and the service extremely quick— especially since their was only the work person working since they’d just open. Going back next Sunday for sure but with the crew from work this time. Thanks for the great service!

We caught the Oilers game at the bar. Lots of TVs to watch. They have a number of pool tables, an air hockey table and a couple of electronic game machines and even a shuffle board table. So lots of things to do if you don't want to watch a game on TV. Our server was pleasant and did a reasonably good job as she appeared to be the only one working the tables. We took advantage of the wing special, unfortunately, the wings were over cooked. This is an updated review. I had previously given the bar a 5.

Front staff are great, I called thinking they forgot the chicken to my butter chicken as all I received at first glance was a small container of sauce, and several tin foil bags. I ordered extra naan bread so I assumed that was all that was in the tin bags. The front staff were helpful, and pleasant. (She)had me check the tin bags and the chicken was in one of them.Very disappointing item as with butter chicken it’s typically cooked in the sauce to have the flavour. Not this, the chicken is cooked and packed separately (very bland.) Will not be ordering again.Don’t order the butter chicken. It is not that. You will get a small to go container of sauce, and chicken in a tin foil bag. (Rice also separate in a tin box.) WHO MADE THE DECISION TO PACK IT THIS WAY? Actually. Disappointed.

The bar staff are not very attentive to all customers. We sat down close to the bar in a isle booth but no one came over even though there was 4 behind the bar. Good is overpriced for portion and quality. A extremely intoxicated man fell from his chair and hit his head on the bar

First time here, was quite impressed. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, the staff were great and attentive. We tried the tater-totchos(?) And they were absolutely amazing! Will definitely come back.

Super busy due to an Oilers night but the food wasn't that good! Ordered the Kettle cut fries which were basically raw! Would of sent it back however the waitresses were slammed with a full house! They did their best, but the food needs to be cooked better!

Great location to sit down and have a slice of homemade pizza and a O2s size beer.Awesome food. Patio is now open!!
