Called about having my dryer repaired. Lady was super rude and said no if I didn’t buy the dryer there. Then she back peddled and said maybe if it was in town. The she said definitely not taking any new clients. I suggested I could drop off the dryer and she scoulded and sighed and said I guess so after the long weekend in September. Terrible customer service and phone etiquette. Don’t buy your appliances here if you ever expect to get them repaired.

Prestige appliance was so helpful! I needed parts for my dishwasher and dryer. I called around to a few other places and was quoted double the price. Prestige got the parts in quickly and half the cost. Thank you so much!

We purchased a stove from Prestige a few years ago and it didn't ever really work correctly from the beginning. After months and months of the manufacturer coming to repair our brand new stove to no avail.Tanya went above and beyond for us to have this rectified and was persistent with manufacturer that she was able to have our lemon stove completely replaced!We can't recommend Prestige enough from the amazing service we received from Dan , the repair guy, to the service we received from Tanya. Highly recommend shopping local- the service itself is worth it!
