New Smile Denture Clinic

Did not have a very good experience with Dr. Beno, it took a very long time for to get my dentures which are fine but after an illness which my dentures were lost at hospital ,I paid in full and waiting on him to make a full breakdown of my bill so I can finally be reimbursed by the hospital which he keeps ignoring phone calls from myself and hospital.I don t think he is very reliable and would not recommend him

I have known Dr Beno for many years and he does exceptional work.I highly recommend him to anyone needing a denture

I was charged 1430.00 for this denture (about 430.00 too much). They wanted 2800.00 for a partial denture (with metal). The process was painful - my gums were torn (needed to heal for about 10 days). I was promised that it would take 2-3 days (it took over a week). The denturist that did it - had a diploma from a college that can't certify it's students (Trillium College). I was called a liar when I told them my gums were torn - I had an in-depth cleaning and was advised to wait for them to heal. I needed a second visit in order to correct the mistakes. I showed them a picture of my canines and they did not make it that way. A horrible experience - and after my disappointment - they called expecting more business.

Grandpa’s dentures split in half and he fixed it the same day within hours! Excellent job. We r very pleased.
