Not the best experience. They suggest products and then expect you to pay a 30% restocking fee when their product doesn't work or is not compatible. This seems to be the case with many companies nowadays, where they want too much money for doing nothing. This is just a way of scamming money out of people.They also do not want any customers in the building at all even in their sales office. It seemed as though they wanted to conduct business with me in the parking lot.
