Hands down best place to purchase windows & doors! When we were replacing the windows and door to our house, Brad was very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. He was attentive to the details, answered all the questions I had, and was timely with the order, delivery and install. The windows look fantastic and are a well-worth it upgrade. We have been dealing with ongoing service issues since we first ordered our windows in 2021 and are still experiencing lengthy delays for service calls. Interior ice build-up and cold air comes in on most windows during cold weather and the weatherstrip continues to tear and pinch with regular use. As of Thursday, April 6, we are still waiting for a service call to address the weatherstrip. Windows were missing from original quote which then led to costly construction delays. Some windows were delivered without screens and all windows were delivered without the brick mold assembled which then led to further construction delays.

We ordered 4 windows and a door from Great North Windows and Doors last year. Brad helped us and he was very informative and helpful. They were honest about the time line to get and instal the windows (they actually came in a couple weeks early) and were a fantastic company to work with. They set up the instal and made sure everything was 100%. We are now in the process of ordering 2 more doors and 2 more windows! Thanks for the great service!

The guys at great north windows and doors are really great very knowledgeable and service has been great. The windows were delivered with out any hiccups and on time. Hands down recommend theses guys.
