Sold a home and business 2016 office key I checked with Microsoft it was an academic copy pro edition instead.I waited four hours and finally got a request of a refund in 7 business days I hope I get that or I will be reporting It to visa as well.buyer beware

I receive a call about my software order. They ask to confirm the email I've used and when I checked my order details the email is wrong. Finally they able to correct the email and send my software. Great security feature.

Terrible experience and a fraud of a company. Feel free to pay $100+ for an invalid product code that even Microsoft will tell you is not valid, and has actually been used multiple times. Avoid this like the plague, I'm serious. You might save a few $, but nothing compared to the $100+ you will have to spend for a second time just to actually get the program you need. Complete and utter bulls***!!!!! Fraud Fraud Fraud!!!!

So sketchy but they are legit. Prices are too damn good. Expect problems. I got some license keys from them and had to contact support a few times because they were already used. Eventually he gave me legit keys so it all worked out. So in the end, I got legit MS products for my clients for literally half the market price, and that is worth it in the end.

Honest people! I mistakenly purchased two Outlook after my browser crashed on me but I did not know that I did. I got a call a few minutes later after the checkout and they verified my order. They asked how many I ordered and I said one, they immediately asked if I ordered a second one as they see another one in their system. After learning that it was a mistake, they graciously cancelled it and issued me a refund. This was over a week ago and I already have my refund!

Garbage support - online chat person was utterly useless. Calling in was literally hold for a life time and could not get a hold of anyone to get my order. Been waiting for 3 days and still nothing. Do not order or use this site for your software!!
