3rd time going in for the same thing. Very frustrated that I get a complete list of everything they wanted, in the first place instead of wasting my time repeatedly.

Eventually they get the job done, but I went 4 times without accomplishing what I came for. Got 3 different answers to the same question. One staff member has very poor people skills - I witnessed her being rude to a new immigrant. She is always irritated and stressed, and gets so exasperated over questions and reasonable requests that I dread going there. More than once their software was acting up to the point that clients had to come back another day to get their licence or permit.
