Have taken our new pup Rex here and received Great service from Dr. Heather Hakstadd and the other staff have been helpful and friendly. You have to call ahead but definitely nice to have a local vet in Beaverlodge

Took my dog in for a broken nail and they were efficient and very welcoming. They have advise over the phone to help with any further damage or pain and were very quick with the appointment! I will definitely use them again!

Dr. Haas is absolutely amazing and so are the staff at west county. I called today because I brought my dog home from a kennel and suspected he contracted kennel cough. They did everything over the phone for me and made sure that I knew what medicine to give him and the next steps. They didn’t even charge me! Dr. Haas called me after office hours which shows you just how much they care about their patients. I’m so thankful that our community has Dr. Haas :)

After taking our Mini Dachshund for her annual vaccine, we were assured that it would only take 20 to 30 minutes. They had not been able to find the file , even though she has had 2 visits for vaccines and 1 surgery. 1 1/2 hours later , even though we paid the bill, we had to go to the door to ask where she was. We were afraid they had lost her as well as the file.
