Got an ultrasound today, it felt like torture, and not from discomfort from a full bladder. The lady that preformed it pressed so hard on my stomach it left red marks! My baby had its hands over its face and she needed pictures of the face, it felt like she was trying to move my baby's hands with the wand she pressed so hard!

It's been just about 4 years since our experience. I'm finally getting through the the PTSD and able to write about it. Long story short, this facility made a HUGE mistake at our 20 week ultrasound. They did not detect a congenital heart defect. Our baby was born with TGA. Tranposition of the great arteries. A life threatening heart condition. How this was missed is beyond me. This facility doesn't deserve one star. Months after our son was born and undergone open heart surgery, I called the clinic to tell them of their major error. Dr. Awad could not return my phone call. The receptionist called me back on his behalf and offered no explanation or remorse. Go elsewhere you and your baby deserve better!

I went with my man at 26 weeks to check on our little girl because she had not moved in a week after a sudden tragic passing of a family member baby is fine and healthy she was moveing a little her heart beat was good. Receptionists was very pleasant and staff was very friendly baby kicked the ultrasound wand off my belly. Seen Dr awad for a moment not much to ask qeustions took pictures but not alot of help on answering questions.

Receptionist was nice' lady doing the ultrasound was not friendly whatsoever. She got mad at the receptionist for bringing us in to soon. She talked so quiet I didn't hear half of what she was saying. She kept making excuses of why she couldn't get good pictures. Bad experience, wouldn't go back.

Absolute worst experience of my life. I'm newly pregnant with my second child. Was experiencing some bleeding and was sent for an ultrasound. Dr. Awad walked in, didn't even look at my ultrasound, started talking about ectopic pregnancy and how when there is bleeding this early that I will no longer be able to bend or lift heavy objects and that I will have to go to my doctor and getting written off from my job. None of this is true and the he man had me in tears because of his HORRIBLE bed side manner and telling me stuff he is not supposed to be saying. I will never ever go back there.

I wish I could give 0 stars. His staff was incredibly friendly, I can't comment on their abilities, so this is strictly about Awad. Not only does he rush through every appointment (I'd say I saw him for one minute each time I was there), he is rude and judgemental. He has zero bedside manner. I was sent in at 35 weeks because of a condition called Polyhydramnios (extra amniotic fluid) and was clearly afraid and had questions. He told me I was a big girl and so of course I'd have a big belly and walked out. He was very wrong. Awad missed a diaphragmatic hernia in my darling son which led to his death 18 hours after he was born. Since then, I've been counseled by more than one other OB and members of the medical profession that 98% of the time congenital diaphragmatic hernia can be seen in ultrasound prior to twenty weeks. Utter disaster. I believe he was negligent He should require more training and perhaps take some sensitivity classes as well. Do not go to him.

My recent experience at Women Imaging was absolutely HORRIBLE*. At a 10 week ultrasound appointment, I first learned that my baby had no heartbeat by watching the tech type on the screen in front of me No FHB." When I started crying at seeing this
