Alex was pleasant, efficient and gave us the proper quote to have the repair work done. He even made it out to our house in the middle of a raging snowstorm!

Fantastic service. I called at 9.30am about a broken gas dryer and by 4 pm that day they had sent the technician and he fixed it. Punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE: Potential Scam.I'm not sure if these other reviews are legit or not, but here is what happened to us. You be the judge.The switch on our oven was malfunctioning.Repair tech showed up. Said he needed $100 deposit before he looked at it, but that the deposit would come off the charge for the repair work. $130 taxes in. Fair enough, I guess.The tech looked in the oven for about 5 minutes. Shot a laser in the oven. Twisted the dial once. I told him about the switch. He said he'd see about getting the part. He left. Took about 15 minutes total.The next morning he texted said he couldn't get the part. I called and asked about the $130. He said it's the fee to cover his gas and time. I pointed out that all he did was stand around for about 15 minutes but provided absolutely no service for the $130. He hung up on me.I emailed the manager". They refuse to issue even a partial refund. It's in the fine print of their policy apparently. Imagine a contractor charging you to come in and give you a quote and then saying he's not going to do the work. Just wild.If you're going to use these guys

The person who called me back was strangely rude and wasn't listening to me when I was telling him about the appliance so I decided not to use them. Very strange and unnecessary experience.

I scheduled them to come have a look, then changed my mind after looking more closely at the reviews (none of the reviewers have other reviews publicly available? Hmm). When I called to cancel I was given a cancellation code and told to keep it “in case”. I asked why I needed that, and the person couldn’t give me an answer. It left me feeling like I was on the verge of a scam.
