This was the best experience I've had with a realtor and I've had a few experiences. Communication was excellent everything was on time and he was very organized. Any request was met with positivity and I would definitely recommend Mike to any one of my family and friends.

I worked with Michael Cesario who is an excellent agent. He listed my childhood home after my mother passed away. It was a very emotional time for me. Michael showed empathy and professionalism.The house was sold immediately and well above asking price.He is a superior negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

I cant say enough good things about this guy!!!! He goes above and beyond to help you 24/7. We were going to bid on a house that wasn't really what we wanted. Even though he would have got max commission he wanted to make sure its what we wanted and it wasn't so it saved us from buying a house we might have regretted buying. Then he found us a house that was a GREAT deal. We got it for below market value imo. Next he sold the house we were living in for more then I thought it was worth. Good luck trying to find someone better them him. If he's your agent you got the best hands down.

We had a wild year trying to find a house while living 7hours away.. we actually bought the house without seeing it ourselves. Mike saw enough places with us to know our style, and we honestly just had trust in him ( which totally paid off! It’s been a month since we realized our dream of purchasing a cabin, to which we owe a great deal to Mike for his help through the process. Mike was patient with us as clients and knew we were waiting for “the one” from mortgage approval to purchase was about 9-10 months and he was very hands on throughout that time finding properties available and info on them and in frequent contact. When this cabin came up we knew we had to act quick and we booked a viewing and 2 days later saw the property and had an offer In before we left. Our purchase process wasn’t a “normal smooth” one not his fault at all, but Mike did everything in his power to ensure our nerves were calmed and everything went as planned and the plan being us getting a cabin. Mike found us the cabin of our dreams, in the location we wanted, In the condition we wanted, at the price we could afford. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor!
