The sales guy was great. They have an amazing warranty I've never even heard of. You get your money back in store credit if you don't file a claim. Pretty cool. I was in and out with my new washer and dryer pretty dang quick too. Highly recommend.

We had a lot of fun shopping here to furnish our entire apartment. Thanks to our awesome sales person, Danielle. She made it a joy & she has great skill in mixing & matching colors. Could not have done this overwhelming task without her. Can't wait until all our stuff arrives & only one delivery charge for multiple trips! It was great she knows all about the various warranty coverages & answered all our questions. Thanks again Danielle. We highly recommend Danielle & The Brick.

We are from Courtenay but couldn't find what we wanted at this store. We made the drive to Campbell River and we're so happy that we did. Ben was our salesman and he made our shopping experience easy and fun. We found the perfect table and chairs for us. Ben was no pressure sales and knowledge explaining everything along the way. We usually don't purchase warranty but they have a great warranty program. This will be the store for any future furniture purchases and Ben is our guy."Highly recommend this store and salesman.We love our table and chairs!"

We bought 2 mattresses on Boxing Day which we found both to be a little too hard for our comfort. Exchange was timely and easy. Pricing was competitive with Sleep Country. Only criticism would be their paperwork is a little difficult but that is not the stores fault. I would definitely purchase here again. All the ladies I spoke to were polite and informative.

Danielle Dubell is a kind, considerate person who cares about getting the bed that is right for you. She takes in to perspective people's differences be it injurys or discomforts and uses her own knowledge to help you feel the most comfortable. If you're looking to get a new bed, and dont know where to start or what's best for you I highly recomend going to see her!
