Sunglass Stop

Staff wasnt overly enthusiastic about helping. Wanted to purchase a few pairs as they have a buy 1 get 1 50% off sale. I'm still not 100% sold that these are authentic as I've never heard of this store and thought you needed to have some form of credibility to sell versace and tiffany. The 2 stars is based on customer service as I wasnt willing to gamble 500 on these styles.

Do yourself a favor and buy your sunglasses/prescription glasses from a different store. This place is run by 2 old farts that are stuck in the past (like dinosaurs) and have no idea what customer service is. Good luck trying to get a refund or exchange if you ever run into a problem! no wonder why they have 2 stars in Google!

I bought the Burn Notice glasses. Very disappointed with the lenses, the glasses and lens color are great but for the price I paid, really... They use the cheap display lens instead of a plano lens which only costs them five dollars and is a way better quality lens. They cut isn't correct on either lens at all, there is an 1/8 inch gap at the top of one lens and the other is really loose. I have paid less for Oakley's that are twice the quality lens. If they had cut them better and used a plano lens these glasses would have been perfect. I just want better lenses with the proper cut and the color they are.

I bought sunglasses two months ago and it broke in most ridiculous way. A normal store would apologize for the inconvenience and offer you to fix it or give a replacement for the same price range. This is not one of those normal stores. They'll just look at you and say We cannot do anything about it". But hey

Terrible experience. Bought my wife a pair of Burberry sunglasses last week that didnt fit properly and tried to exchange. When I bought person out dkny on receipt which I didnt notice and the store owner wouldnt allow me to exchange. I would not recommending shopping here.

Very professional and courtesy I walked in and out within 15 minutes very helpful and comfortable environment would definitely recommend.
