PAL Property also goes by Solutions Property Management and if I could, I would give them 0 stars.They are the most disorganized and disengenous property management company I have ever dealt with.If you would like anything to be fixed in a timely manner you better do it yourself because they are unable to:A. Find competent contactors to complete the work.B. Schedule the contractors they do hire to show up to the property.C. Communicate with you around when contractors should be at your property.A short list of repairs we needed and when they were completed.1. Door latch was broken when we moved in. It took 2 separate contractors to fix the door.2. The washing machine broke with clothes inside. It took a month of follow ups to get and adequate contractor out to repair it.3. The back fence integrity was compromised in a windstorm and was wedged up with a mix of wooded and metal posts. We parked our car next to this fence and despite a year of follow ups and several assurances from Solutions that it was going to get repaired... it was never fixed.4. We reported cockroaches as soon as we moved in and were told not to worry that they were beetles and to collect them to prove otherwise as we were told that we could have brought them back travelling. Surprise surprise they were cockroaches and the entire house needed to be fumigated. it took 7 months total and 2.5 months from the second time I brought up the issue for it to be fixed.This company wants to make money from these properties for their investors and are completely okay with skirting the line of what is acceptable within the Landlord Tenant act to do so.You are honestly better off with the likes of Effort Trust, Drake or other large management companies because at least they have a documented process. As a former tenant, Solutions seems understaffed, underqualified, and completely unorganized.They would be better off sticking to flipping houses and staying out of the property management industry. They have a great plan to make money for investors it just comes at the cost of the living experience of their tenants.

Alex was very patient with my wife and I.Went out of his way to find everything he could that match the criteria we requested. I will use Pal property solutions again in the future I could go on for hours but not necessary. highly recommend.
