Very unhelpful and unprofessional over the phone. Called to see if they would look into my bike. First thing they say is they aren't the kawi dealer. Okay fair enough, but it's a bike with a simple problem. The guy on the phone started to raise his voice when I asked him how much, his reply I DONT KNOW UNTIL I LOOK AT IT

On a tour through the Kootneys and had tire issues. These guys had in stock tires for my bike and were able to take care of me right away. Fantastic guys, fantastic shop!

Service department is incompetent.I asked them to fix dirt bike forks that clunked on rebound. They rebuilt them for $370 and it didn't resolve the clunking. I took the forks to Surina Motorcycle Repair and Justin knew immediately what the issue was and repaired them for about $100.

So happy with all the service in the past, new machine this year. I expect they can not give me anything more than the best service they have always provided. I love the playmor team and consider them to be my friends. Double the 5 stars, they are worth more!!!

I brought my bike Into Playmore and they had my bike done so fast! But that’s not the only reason I am extremely satisfied! Jim said my bike would be done on Saturday but Then I soon realized they were closed on Saturday. I needed my motorcycle for work on Saturday so I called up Jim and he voluntarily came to work on his day off and grabbed me my freshly repaired bike out of the shop for me! I am a extremely grateful for everything playmore has done for me!! 5 stars!

Make sure you call before you go. They told us to come drop off a sled for servicing today and when we showed up they turned us away saying they were too full… very frustrating.
