Been driving by, and checking-out their website, forever; finally decided to make a visit. I was not disappointed.The shop is an inviting, neat and tidy set-up. Barry was knowledgeable, listened to all my questions and offered great advice to an ebike newbie. Matt and Nick were great to chat with too.Ended up testing a few ebikes and caught the bug! Didn’t take long to decide that I was going to buy from Vintage Iron.Great team! Great service! Thank you!

Garbage customer service. Purchased a bike, which they didn’t have the inventory for. Took them more then a week to notify me; I was notified after showing up to the shop. Absolutely wasted my time and energy. No offer for financing for towards an upgraded model. They just didn’t want the sale. Poor training. Poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Extremely happy with my beautiful Ruffian. Ryan was a great help. He gave me lots of information, let me have test rides on different bikes, and there was no pressure to buy. I’ve been in many different stores before I came here. The biggest different from Vintage Iron E-Cycles and others are that they love what they’re doing; they’re super knowledgeable, and they have a great costumer service.

They got a lot cool Bikes, Escooter and One Wheel. It’s worth stopping by!

Went here looking for information on some E-Bike for my Dad, as a Father's Day Gift. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received. Ryan (Store Manager) was truly amazing, he spend the time with my dad and I explaining everything about the bike, helping us make a decision and getting us the exact bike my dad wanted. The service we received is by far the best we have ever had. Ryan was professional and extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he has a passion for his work. Even after the sale we had some questions and he always took the time to help answer those questions and get the most out of our Bike. I would highly recommend you go talk to Ryan if you are in the market for a Bike. Thanks for making this a unforgettable experience!!!

From the moment I arrived at Vintage Iron I knew things were going to be good. Had been contemplating a bike for a few months and finally decided to head down there and check them out. They were having a meet-up so before I even tried out the bike I had a hotdog and beer in hand and was chatting with a bunch of the friendliest people I’ve met in Vancouver. After my 5-min test ride I was sold and have been enjoying Vancouver all the more ever since.Free service for a year after you buy which is incredible.Love this place!

Not having the space to accommodate a bicycle in my flat, or anywhere on the property to secure one, I looked at e-scooters for a fun, quick way to commute. After doing some research on e-scooters, I found Vintage Iron Cycles the one that best suited my needs. I came out of the shop more informed than what I could get from the website, and Tom made certain I was completely at ease with the purchase before I departed. Walked out of there with a fabulous 'goodie bag' of the Vancouver climate-ready scooter, retro looking helmet, and care brush. Now all I have to do is wait for my fancy rain poncho to be delivered, and I'll be out there zipping about. And if I ever move up to an e-bike, you better believe I'll be back - too cool for words!

Josh was a great help! We went in not knowing a whole lot about electric scooters and he was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for, we were vastly overestimating how much power we needed for our scooter and he was able to show use a much better model for the type of commute we where going to use it for highly recommend coming here if your looking for an electric bike/scooter

After a bike friend passed along the Vintage Iron website to me I'd perused their great looking array of bikes numerous times online. This store tends towards higher-end ebikes with unique style, not the lowest common denominator. I went in with interest in a Super 73, but after test riding one of them found it wasn't quite what I was after. Josh from Vintage Iron suggested trying a Synergy Kahuna as well and I found that to be a much better fit for what I was looking for. Sales experience was extremely un-pressured, I've been happy with the company's responsiveness and my new bike is fantastic. They have locations in Vancouver and have just opened in Calgary and they are a distributor for the Synergy brand elsewhere in North America. Worth checking out if you are after a unique eBike.
