Yin from Bax Kitchen is just amazing! We got our kitchen made by them in Mrch and had it installed by April which was exactly what was promised. I LOVE my kitchen. She came in 3 times to measure, was extremely patient with all of our requests and made sure it was done. She had some great suggestion and ideas which made the kitchen come together. The quality of their cabinets is so highend and at such a reasonable cost. I am recommending them to everyone i know! their prices are a little higher then the businesses but we obtained many quotes and realized for value and quality and reputation this was the company we want to go with. Even after the installation, Yin has been so helpful with some small fixing (very minor) and had someone come out right away to fix the issue. Please contact her. Lovely person and great company! Can't say enough great things on Lou and the team at BAX Kitchens. Their customer service, quality, timing are incredible. Lou is extremely patient and guides you through the entire process. This is my second kitchen from BAX and will always recommend me them to anyone!! Thank you BAX Kitchens.

After three years of use I would not recommend these cabinets. The materials are soft and easily dented/gouged making our new kitchen look old. Some of the cupboards continue to have a strong chemical smell.

Bax Canada delivered an incredible experience from start to finish. Our kitchen renovation conversations started with Louie pre-COVID but we took a long time to finalize our design. Louie was so patient with us deliberating on different design details and gave great suggestions on kitchen layout, cabinet and hardware choices, countertops, appliances - he even referred us to other trades like electrical and plumbing.From start to finish our renovation took less than one month and the results are amazing. The quality of the cabinets and attention to detail on the installation were what you might expect from a company charging much more. When we had one minor issue with a cabinet measurement Louie fixed it showing how much he values customer satisfaction.So glad we went with Bax and if we ever renovate a kitchen again we will not hesitate to use Louie and his team. If you are looking for a standout kitchen at a reasonable price these are the people to call.

We were referred by a friend and had Bax build our custom kitchen and used their sister company for countertops. From start to finish, our expectations were exceeded.Design service was fantastic - - Yin met with us several times and was able to give us everything we wanted. She edited the design in front of our eyes so it was very clear what look we were achieving. Very patient and accommodating. Our kitchen had weird walls and awkward spaces but she has an amazing design sense and overcame all challenges.Installation was fantastic - - true to their word, fast, pushed to get us in before Christmas, and came back to fulfill extra requests we had.Customer service was fantastic - - Nino was excellent at keeping in touch and going above and beyond to help us. We ordered our door handles/knobs through her, and when she gave us a quote for counters it was the best price in town, and in a week we had our perfect quartz counters.Most importantly, our kitchen is our dream kitchen at a great price, and the process was so pleasant. We felt like we could trust them the entire time. Going through a reno is stressful and sometimes people don't get back to you or you're not sure you're getting your money's worth, but this was never the case with Bax. Every single person we worked with was so nice and honest. Can't thank you enough!

The Best Customer Service that We’ve ever received!!!. It’s not just about money for them. They listen and they make the kitchen exactly as we envisioned. Everybody there is great.Even months after finishing we had a small issue with our cabinet door and we called them and they came and replaced very fast.Will recommend them to everyone.Fast, professional and caring team!.

Louie and his team did phenomenal job with very challenging task designing and installing high ceiling closets. I am highly recommending their service.

We are currently in the process of completing our kitchen with Bax kitchens for an approximate cost of 20 thousands dollars. In the cabinets there are two screws piercing through the wood shelves in each of them. I wouldn't have thought for professionals cabinet makers that this would be appropriate. My question is as anyone face the same issue is this normal procedure. Please comment.

Love the custom kitchen that I got from Bax. Quality is great and price was reasonable. I have gotten nothing but compliments. The entire process from design to install was easy and professional. Although there were delays in install, given the covid situation, it wasn't terrible.

Bang for your buck on high end kitchens, this place can't be beat. Speak to Chris. His attention to detail, expertise on product knowledge, vision for functionality is excellent. We were thoroughly impressed from the design stage to installation. Chris provided a stress free experience for our kitchen project.
