Once you find the entrance and then the showroom you are in good hands with Terry! The selection of washers and dryers, stoves and other appliances is varied. Looking for a new washer was easy. Top & Front load selection was pretty good. Our questions were answered & great advice given. Advice on which manufacturers to avoid & those to consider buying was given freely. Prices were on display and less than other stores. I appreciate that some people like a grand showroom but I am happy to save money and shop in a warehouse. They had a lot of stock and we bought the actual washer we saw. Delivery arranged for Monday!! Some suppliers had a washer we wanted but needed 6-10 weeks for delivery. If you want a great product at a good price and don't require a fancy showroom, go see these guys!

Had a chat with one of the salesmen today if he can do a price match on one specific range to which he agreed. He asked me the deal is only valid if I go there today to close the deal. There was a snow storm outside and I took my chance. I went in there and found out he was trying to sell me a dent and scratched range. I told him about the other place and he arrogantly replied why come here and I was like you asked me to come here. It's a third class place with third class salesmen. They will tell you that their appliances are brand new but they are not. Don't even bother going there. Let alone appliances, these guys need to go back to school to learn how to even talk. I am there to give you business so shut your mouth and do your job.

I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience .My dad called in before we went and asked if they had 36 inch stove which he was told they did .We drove an hour out to get there .parking and entrance were confusing.When we arrived the man that was there wasn't very happy to see us .we asked him if they had any 36inch stoves and he said what you mean 36inches high and we said no 36inches wide to which he replied no we have none. We sold them last week .His overall tone was he just didn't want to be talking to us .We asked if it was okay to look around to which he said very rudely might I add ya you don't need me to looking around like whats that to ask" .some stores do mind people looking around so we thought we should ask before especially since we really felt like he didnt want us there .As we looked around we saw a 36inch stove .The man glared at us the entire time .When we were leaving he didn't say a word to us just glared and continued to glare as we left. Litterly watched and glared at us even as we were driving away .The prices were not that great either .They had a GE cafe 30 inch stove for $3000 i found the same one in Toronto for $1850 .I cant think of any reason why this man was soo rude to us other than our skin color and religious background.With the bad customer service

Very pleased with my experience. After spending hours looking at other appliance stores my husband and I came here and found way better prices considering most of the stock is scratch and dent. Next day delivery was an added bonus

I am having a second thought about how items are listed and described in conflict with their real state.

Went in looking for a scratch and dent freezer. They have many choices. Prices are about $80-100 less than brand new at retailer. Staff is fine and able to answer all questions. I think its a great store if your looking for quality appliances at a slightly discounted price. They have many new and used options. I would definately check them out. This place is great for rental properties and renovations. If your looking for high high end this is not the store.

I told him I had x amount of dollars to spend on a stove. He looked had 2 stoves one for 600 one for 700 told me I could take my pick for 500. Very nice person. Even went as far as helping to load in our jeep.

Very well knowledgeable and really great deals also the delivery service they use is the best also it will be my go to place if ever in need of anything for your home
