I brought my bike in indicating problems with gear slipping and the chain binding up - I believe maybe he thought a tune up would fix it - the chain seems like he lubricated it so it isn't as bad, but it was clear he did not do a test ride, as the gears slip as bad maybe worse than before - there was no recommendation to replace any parts to make it better, as I would have been willing to spend more money (and I clearly stated on drop off that I don't mind putting a couple hundred into repairs if need be). I wish you all the best with your business, however I personally will not be coming back, sorry man.

Great service. Had a problem with changing my gears since I bought my bike a year ago at Canadian Tire. Fred totally fixed the problem and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this bicyle repair shop!

Found this shop when looking for a place for some simple things to be repaired on my bike (recumbent trike). Fred is knowledgeable, approachable and very welcoming to explaining processes for simple tasks that can be done on your own.Five stars

After buying bikes at big chain stores, that were assembled by people who didn't know what they were doing, brought a new bike unassembled for Fred to put together properly. He did a great job and it made a great birthday present for my daughter. She loves and we couldn't be happier. Great service, thanks Fred!
