I was feeling so down hearted with my ill fitting bras from elsewhere, and when I walked in to Les Saisons, staff member Michelle knew what I needed just by looking at me. She took the time to try different styles and brands and I bought 2 perfect fitting, supportive bras that day. I went back today and got equally amazing service from Emily and got another bra and a pair of panties. Both women took time with me and did not make me feel rushed or pressured to purchase, and were committed to ensuring that I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for well structured, great fitting bras with service from women who really care!

Great store with excellent service. They carry a large selection of beautiful bras for those of us ladies that don’t fit the cookie cutter stuff offered at La Senza and Victoria’s Secret. The owner is awesome every time I go in. I highly recommend.

Due to my bust size, I can only ever shop for bras here. Every time Michelle is there, I receive exemplary customer service. She is very attentive and truly wants you to find a comfortable, but well-fitting bra.My only concern is the cost. I wish we didn’t have to pay $200 on average for one bra. I would love to see a loyalty program come in to place. This would make those big purchases easier for long term customers.

I am so grateful that I can actually fit appropriately into the bras at this store as I have a really small rib cage and large cup size. These bras save my back literally!! The woman who helped me was absolutely amazing. Whatever she gets paid, it should be doubled :) She was so professional and I felt so comfortable without pressure. So well trained in the bras and how to fit. Amazing service that I am so grateful exists. I bought three bras when there and will be back when I need new ones. So great❤️❤️

I've literally never been able to find a bra that actually fits me, or anyone knowledgeable enough to point me in the right direction. The saleswoman was so incredibly helpful, and for the first time in my life I feel like a bra supports me and is the right size. She was very specific to my breast shape and knew exactly what would best support me, and was so friendly. Definitely a 5* experience, more pricey but totally worth it

Visited West Ed for the first time and was very excited to happen upon this store only to have some very pretentious staff attempt to tell me that I needed their assistance, even though I came in asking for a specific, brand, style and size. When looking at the product, I realized that they have a ridiculous markup on pricing. I am an Elomi wearer and anywhere across Canada, the range for their bras is $79-$89, even brand new colours. This store was selling a style that sells for $80 everywhere else for $149! Absolutely ridiculous. The staff interaction alone was enough to make me not come back, but pricing was absolute theft.

I went into Les Saisons today for my first professional fitting after having surgery. I was greeted by a lovely young woman who I can’t of course recall her name ( she’s been there 3 years that I do remember!) she was very patient and kind and helped me find two beautiful bras that make me feel beautiful. Thank you so much for making my new appearance feel amazing. Price wise… yes it is pricy however I am hoping that I get what I pay for!

Had a great experience here today with Michelle. Would highly recommend coming here, especially for more well endowed ladies. you just don't get the same support in bras at your regular VS and La Senza bras.
