I called Howald Windows & Doors to ask about getting service on a window. Their crews were booking a few weeks out, but Peter was incredibly helpful. He offered to look at photos of the problem and was able to help point us in the right direction so we could get the problem solved. Thanks Peter!

Had a window replaced, Justin and Steven did amazing work. They did a very careful job removing the old window from a tight space, and a perfect job reinstalling it. Also spent the time to answer some questions and give some great advice.

We recently had all of the windows replaced in our rental unit. I cannot stress how kind the team was and how respectful they were of us and our living space. Having strangers preforming maintenance in your house can be really uncomfortable but the team made it easy. The windows look amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend. We have a problem with one window. i emailed in a photo and got a response. Made a phone call, the matter was discussed, I agreed to the cost and service, and was told that a time was being booked. Then heard nothing for a whole week. I contacted again by phone and was told once more that an appointment was being made. I still haven't heard anything and a month has gone by. It's very difficult to find a company that will do a small job. Now I have to search all over again. Greg Michalenko.

I had 5 windows (including a very large window on the front of my house) and my front door replaced. Very professional from start to finish. The price was competitive, the options were clearly presented, and the actual installation went well. They made sure everything was satisfactory before they were done. I'm quite happy and would definitely recommend Howald Windows and Doors.

Howald was at my house last week and a day this week replacing 13 windows. Jason and his crew were amazing with the amount of work they did and got done. Peter (I think that was his name) the aluminum guy did an excellent job on my basement windows inside and the other guys did a great job outside too. Even did custom casing in my bathroom because of the tiles that were around the window. Great company who does exceptional work. Ben is very honest and responsive whenever you have a question. Thanks guys.
