Bruce's Mill Driving Range
It's a driving range you hit balls, reasonably priced and a bit of fun on a sunny day

Located just inside the entrance of Bruce's mill conservation, this elevated, grass only driving range has a large chipping putting green with sand bunker. Balls are new (for now) and target makers are laid out in 25 yard increments. Keep in mind that you're elevated and all targets are down the hill. So, you'll get a feel good, extra few yards of carry. It's a very nice range to practice on but I only give it 4 stars as is only 220 yards long straight or 270 yards diagonally across.

Cashier employee is misleading people. I called this place 1 hour before driving here from Toronto and asked if they would allow me to rent a golf club and the guy on the phone said yes, so I decided to not bring one and drove here. I get to the desk and spoke to the same guy I spoke to on the phone. He tells me that they won’t rent or sell a golf club. I basically wasted my time and gas to get here for nothing, and was misled by the employee at the desk.

Very pretty setting and quite quaint driving range. It was a busy day, so you had to wait for the tractor to run out and bring back enough balls for a bucket lol.Range goes out to 250, but it's all downhill elevation (maybe 40 feet defalation). Tees were grass, but higher than first cut of rough lol. I was trying to make a divot to place my ball in so I could see it lol.But the staff and patrons are nice, good enough for learning for sure. $16/ bucket

The driving range is inside the Bruce Mill Conservation park. A person was at the entrance but we told him we went for the driving range we didnt need to pay parking. The sign is clearly indicated the driving range which it is located not far after we got into the park. It is the left hand side when you ate driving in. The bucket of balls cost $16. I think the price is good.

The tee boxes are in really bad shape with monster size divots and the yardages are way off. Also I believe the price of a large bucket has increased 40 to 45% in less than 2 years but I guess that is Covid pricing for you now going forward. Will be going to different ranges in the area going forward. Really disappointing as this was a really nice range before Covid hit.

Great driving range, 250 yard max, facing north so no issues with the sun, all grass tees. Love the spot, facility and service.

It's alright - nice views of the fields and trees, convenient location right off stouffville rd. However pricy - small buckets are smaller than in other locations and cost $15 including tax. You can rent 3 clubs for $5 which is pretty convenient. The driving range is right on the grass, no pads. Fyi, there's no toilet at this location, only a quite messy outhouse. There's an actual toilet further down the road in the parks parking lot. Overall, it's okay if you live nearby, but wouldn't drive out from afar to this location.

The grass is average in quality.I had to wait for balls, which is annoying at a driving range. They don't have enough. When I left, at least 5 customers still waiting for balls. Management should invest in more balls.

Great conditions at this range. Tees are in good shape and putting green is well taken care of. Yardage signs are definitely off but all in all its a great little range.
