Ryan was my technician and he did a great job communicating the repairs my chimney needed. He was informative, organized, and polite. I appreciated that he took several photos and was able to provide line-by-line pricing of each repair. A family member recommended this service because she thought they did quality work.

I'm very pleased with our inspection! Ryan was very polite and went into great detail about our chimney needs. He listened to our concerns and told us about all our options. He even walked us through broken down price quotes. As first time home owners, he made us feel very comfortable about the future of our fireplace! So very excited to use it! I highly recommend!

So far, I've only experienced the inspection, but it was a great experience. I had an appointment within a couple days of contacting them. Ryan and Hal were on time and professional. They took lots of pictures and video, and went over everything in the proposal, making sure I didn't have any questions. They didn't try to pressure me into signing anything on the spot. When I had follow-up questions, Ryan responded via text quickly.

Ryan came to my home to inspect my B-vent and my chimney. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Ryan took a lot of pictures inside the chimney for me to see and thoroughly explained each one. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend this company to others.

Both Ryan and Scott have been excellent resources during the process. Incredibly knowledgeable and straight forward. We needed some repairs done and because of their attention to detail, there's some additional work to be done that will prevent much much larger issues with our home.EDIT: Grant and Pao did some amazing work! Always professional and we knew exactly what was going on and why. Even caught the neighbors staring at our beautiful, new chimney a couple of times! They rebuilt our crumbling chimney from the roof line up and redid our flue liner so it's not safe to use! Absolutely invaluable.Always honest, professional, and looking out for our best interest! Ryan was great! He came out to inspect the gas fireplaces of the home we just moved into. He was professional, courteous, and very thorough in explaining the issues he found, why they were issues (which I found extremely helpful) and next steps and recommendations.

I requested an inspection for a rusted damper, Ben was the salesman who came to my house. He inspected the chimney and let me know there were some additional repairs needed, he explained everything in detail and why it was important or if it was cosmetic. I had to do some extra repairs but Ben was great about it all and my repairs were scheduled a week out. The guys who came to do the repairs, a different Ben and his co-worker were the most incredible crew! Very professional, super clean, explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions and worked all day to make my fireplace perfect. We’ve been able to safely use our fireplace almost every night and it’s been something we look forward to every night. All the Bens, Chimney Doctors as a company are beyond exceptional! I would recommend this crew to everyone who needs fireplace/chimney work done!

Let me start off by saying this company is amazing and they stand behind their work!I recently purchased a home with a chimney that was in a somewhat sad shape. My insurance company dropped my coverage shortly after I purchased the home once they saw crumbling brick on the chimney. I called around to several chimney repair companies. One company “couldn’t help me”. Another company came out, spent 2 minutes looking at the exterior of the chimney, and gave me a ridiculously high quote.I decided to keep searching and I’m so glad I did. Ryan with Chimney Doctors came out and did an extremely thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the chimney. He was here well over an hour looking over everything. During the inspection he found that my furnace flue that goes through the chimney had a 60%+ blockage. Huge carbon monoxide risk! Chimney doctors put me on the top of their list to get that fixed right away for safety reasons. Lance and his partner did a great job putting a new liner in the furnace flue in the middle of one of Minnesota’s wonderful snow storms.Once the weather warmed up, Ben and George were able to work on repairing the crumbling bricks on the exterior of the chimney and installing a protective custom made rain cap. It looks amazing. I think it’s definitely safe to say that I have the prettiest chimney in the neighborhood.Through this entire process, everyone at Chimney Doctors was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. We had a chimney inspection done before we moved into our home and Chimney Doctors was on the list of recommended companies. Ryan came out to give us an estimate of the work we needed done on our chimney. He was on time, very professional, personable, was very knowledgeable, and kindly answered all of my endless questions.
