Friendly staff who were helpful. What I wanted was sold out but we found a great replacement

I don't get the hype. The quality of the products is below average, I can achieve more even cooks with pans obtained at garage sales. And cleaning these things is impossible. Sometimes it takes double digit handwashes to get these things clean. And returning them? Forget it, the customer service is terrible.As for this store in particular, the one time I was in the was a disaster. We bought one item and wanted to switch it out for another identical item right after the purchase. This ordeal took over 30 minutes to sort out.I'd give less than one star if I could. I hate this pan with a passion and short of throwing it in the trash, there is no other way to get rid of it.

Purchased combo of 5.3 round Dutch oven and braiser set, along with some accessories. Our experience at the southgate location was exceptional dealing with Eric who was very helpful and knowledgeable . Love my new le creuset cookware.

The girls are always so helpful at this location! We love shopping here! Only downside is LC needs to give this store more selection no fun always having to order in.

Sales guy saw me walking in and took off to the back didn’t come out for long time and when I asked him a few questions he rolled his eyes and gave the impression that I could not afford their products. I really wanted to let him know how I felt and how his position as a sales clerk at this store meant nothing to me. These people are not worth it!

High quality kitchenware, knowledgeable staff! A bit pricy but this stuff lasts a lifetime (maybe more) so it’s worth the investment! They always have a wide array of rotating colors

Excellent product and warranty. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Was helped by boutique manager Loralee who did a great job walking me through possible gift ideas in my price range. Overall excellent service and would recommend.

Visited Le Creuset store several times before making color selection/availability of 2 French ovens and 2 skillets. Received my order which I collected from the store a couple of days ago. A special shout out to the store manager Ada and associates Kathleen, Eric and Tabitha. Wonderful people, friendly and very helpful in explaining about the products and providing excellent customer experience. It was sweet of Tabitha to even help put the stuff in my car parked outside the mall. Thank you !
