Je ne peux pas commenter la qualité des produits de Vanico puisque je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon lavabo de salle de bain. J’ai passé la commande le 3 mai et le délai de livraison devait être de 4 à 5 semaines. Il semblerait que je ne l’aurai pas avant encore 2 semaines. Délai extrêmement long selon moi, mais j’espère que la qualité sera au rendez-vous.**13 juil. Courriel envoyé à la compagnie, en espérant que les choses bougent puisque ma commande ne m’a toujours pas été livrée.

I continue to play the waiting game for my Vanico bathroom vanity and make up station. I first ordered the items through Canaroma on May 28th. The original estimate provided was 8-10 week delivery. Then, communication went radio silent for months. We couldn’t get the specs so that we could figure out plumbing. We finally got specs in mid-July. Then we followed up with delivery date until early Sep, when we finally got a date of Sep 13. When we opened the packaging on Sep 16, we noticed that the quality was not adequate. It took another week (sep 23) for Vanico sales rep to come inspect item. Upon inspection, they agreed quality was not to their standard and they would re-manufacture the damaged parts, with a commitment to accelerate production, quoting 3ish weeks. I have not heard from Vanico sales rep since that time, even with multiple texts and emails to him. And we’re now on week 5 since he visited the site. Thankfully the Canaroma sales rep has been communicative and trying to get ETA from Vanico on deliver of re-manfuactured items but still isn’t getting any update. If / when i finally get the new unit and we install, what happens if i need servicing?????? I have lost all confidence in Vanico and what tops it is they would not deliver the units until we paid in full before delivery so my hands are now tied as they have all of my money. If anyone at Vanico CARES about service and quality, I would recommend someone contact me to get this issue resolved once and for all

I want to thank Vanico and personally Stephane for the excellent care and quality of service we received. There was a small issue with one of the lights on our medicine cabinet and not only did they fix that, they put in a nice finishing piece between the cabinet and the wall to make it look more finished, they sent us a new piece of mirror as ours chipped when we installed it ourselves, he provided us with an extra strip of lighting and showed us how to adjust the drawers in the event they shift. He would not leave our house until he saw that both me and my hubby were happy with his work. Stephane was very proud of their product and took pride in their customer service and it really showed. We would definitely buy from this company again and would give them more stars if possible! It's so nice to see this level of service in this day and age. Thank you!

We purchased our Vanico bathroom vanity from Splash Bain at the end of January 2022. Our expectations with COVID and supply chain issues was the manufacturing process would take months. We were surprised that it came in early April. Everything was well packaged, assembly was a bit difficult for me since no instructions came with it. I checked online, it was too technical and it didn't show our model. Anyhow, I managed to put it together with the help of our contractor. The quality is superior than the other vanities we shopped around for in the Montreal area. Bain Magie, Home Depot, Rona, Golden Elite, Ova, etc were decent quality but felt cheap and always had an acrylic top. Vanico is sturdy, thick materials and a high quality finish. I admit your paying 2-3 times the price of regular big box stores but the quality and parts makes the difference. Very proud that this is manufactured in Quebec.

We bought an Allegria Optimum wood cabinet with marble top for our powder room 14 years ago. The cabinet still looks like new. No need to replace any part. We are looking at other products from this company to renovate other bathrooms.

December 2021 update....Vanico has decided to look after their product and replace the doors. This is the result that I was looking for and the reason for me changing my rating.Bought a vanity and linen closet from canaroma for $4,000. Couldn't open it because basement took forever to get done. Open the box and realized there were some surface scratches on both fronts out of box......called customer service thinking buying Canadian will get me good cust. Service....how wrong I was. They gave me the choice of paying for a repair man to come....I understand time has gone by before we opened the box....all i asked for was for them to send me some oil to fix it myself but they wouldn't even do that. NO customer service with this company vanico- maronyx.....beware if any issues arise.

Je travaille avec Vanico-maronyx depuis plus de 15 ans! J'adore vendre leur produits! Les vanités sont de qualités et je suis fière de vendre un produit de fabrication québécoise! Les gens aux commandes et au service sont fantastiques! Je remercie Brittany et Véronique pour leur efficacité a répondre a mes demandes! Isabelle est fantastique, toujours prête a aider!Et que dire de leur homme de service Daniel! Le voir installer dans ma salle de montre est un privilège! J'espère vendre du Vanico jusqu'a ma retraite! En ce temps de pandémie, lâchez pas la gang, on va s'en sortir!

Nous avons acheté une vanité de cette entreprise. On apprécie vraiment le design et les armoires de mélanine sont très belles. Par contre, là où ça se gâte c’est avec le comptoir en «quartz». Tout d’abord, on a commandé un comptoir en quartz noir avec lavabo décentré, et on nous a livré un comptoir BLANC avec lavabo CENTRÉ. L’entreprise a réparé son erreur et nous a livré un comptoir noir deux semaines plus tard. Mais la raison de mes 2 étoiles est la très mauvaise qualité du quartz. Il est rempli de taches, de marques et d’égratignures après seulement 1 mois et on ne s’explique sincèrement pas comment c’est arrivé. J’ai jamais vu du quartz avec autant de défauts. J’ai l’impression qu’il est « made in China » ou très mal poli, et qu’il va très vite dépérir. On a demandé à notre intermédiaire, Plombarium, de faire quelque chose. Payeriez-vous plus de 1000$ pour ça? PS: les taches ne sont pas des taches d’eau ou de gras, parce que dès qu'il y a de l'eau, on essuie. Ça ne part pas même après nettoyage… Et ça semble empirer littéralement de jour en jour. On veut toujours encourager les entreprises québécoises, mais là, on est déçu. Merci de nous répondre...MISE À JOUR: À la suite de ma critique ici Vanico a accepté de m’envoyer un nouveau comptoir en quartz. Nous étions soulagés et satisfaits jusqu’à ce qu’on ouvre la boîte. A notre stupéfaction, il EST AUSSI PIRE QUE L’AUTRE. Alors ÉVITEZ D’ACHETER DU QARTZ D’EUX. Le coin gauche du comptoir est arraché et il y a une égratignure ultra visible sur le côté. Perte de temps. On garde le moins pire. Les trois dernières photo sont celles du « nouveau » comptoir…

Very disappointed. If I could give them less than one star, I would. While there were delays by Vanico in shipping very expensive custom bathroom cabinets we ordered from TUBS Toronto and while these delays resulted in extra costs during our reno, that might have been partly explained by Covid. However, what is inexcusable is that when we finally received these products, virtually every item had major defects. It took a lot of time, expense and effort by TUBS and my contractors to get this fixed. Some examples: a lighting unit they sent had lamps installed in wrong places and could not be installed; a quartz top for vanity in one of the bathrooms was not cut properly; one mirror cabinet had incorrect voltage transformer installed and was flickering, one sink was out of round and did not line up with the counter. It's a disgrace that a vendor that's supposed to be high-end produces such substandard products and does not seem to have any quality control.
