Pizza was fresh and hot. Ready for pick up at the right time. The only negative is that I felt that the large was about the size of a medium pizza. Still I will keep getting pizzas from City Pizza, the quality and price is hard to beat!

The price was great but when I requested contactless delivery I was disappointed. The order was dropped off on my porch (assumed on time) and they didn't ring the doorbell. I had no idea it was there and didn't realize it I checked the doorstep 15 mins after it's preferred delivery time and by that time the pizza was cold.

The order was exactly on time for (3) pizzas and wings.I arrived at 10:50am for an 11am pick-up, and hoping to get there prior to the High School lunch rush. I was wrong. The kids we lined up out the door before 11am. Not a problem. The only comment I would say was obvious, the two staff members are quite robotic".No personality at all. Perhaps they don't believe the teens need anything more than their slice and a soda. However

Last time I asked that your driver not knock. When he knocks the dog goes into a barking frenzy that wakes the the twins and ruins a quiet dinner. So what does your driver do HE KNOCKS!!!!! I will not be ordering a pizza again until I know that your driver(s) have been informed.

New to the area, have been looking for a new pizza spot so decided to try them out. Had the 2x large 4 topping combo with thin crust. Best combo in the area I’ve found so far for a solid pie. We’ll be back. Would recommend.

I love city pizza the new street location in Burlington has amazing staff. Their wings are so good. Their prices are great for the amount of food you get. Quick delivery and food is hot always. Would highly recommend this location

3rd visit proves inconsistent. Very disorganized. Forgot my order, made me wait 20 minutes in store after already giving them 20 minutes getting there. Made the pizza poorly and offered no apology or compensation for forgetting my pizza.Pizza itself is just ok. Decent value but I'd rather spend more for great pizza. Their pizza is the same as most ontario chain pizza, meh.This place is cheap, often fast but they really lost me last visit.Throw in sick all day today from their pizza and that'll close the books on this place for me. Final take, cheap, decent and fast some of the time and I got sick 1 out of 3 times. Nope, nope, nope.

In a city that has so few vegan options we were thrilled to receive a flyer from City pizza offering vegan options. Ordering was easy as the vegan pizza was an item however the default is for regular mozzarella cheese so if you’re planning to order vegan be careful as you need to switch to dairy free cheese. The pizza was ready quickly and there were no issues with the pick up. For a non vegan restaurant the vegan pizza was pretty good. Still puzzled why red pepper isn’t an option for pizza.Will order again for sure.
