I often stop in this store and always recommended it to my downtown friends. I recently purchased a bong from this store (about 3 weeks ago) and the other day the entire tube separated from the bottom round part (where the water sits). Not dropped, not shattered - the glass completely separated, a clean edge. I went in to hope the employees would be kind enough to replace it and instead, I get told to put myself in their shoes"

Popped into to MR.SMOKE looking for a really good dispensary. Very professional and great looking store! Not to mention great advice. I recommend this establishment to anyone passing through the Ottawa downtown core market area!

I love the incent there and they guy always suggesting me his favourite ones ! And they cheap ! <3 the costumer service there is AMAZING! like they not annoying! But they ask you if you need any help with being too much !

We bought 2X multipack 2 use polar mint pods. Vuse site sells them for 44.21$ including the multipack discount. The same price is in another convenience store. Mr smoke took 67+$ and when I went to return them at the same time, the guy working said he cannot return them! I also did not get a receipt. When asking about the price the guy was so rude and said it’s downtown! So because it’s downtown it’s more expensive!

I visited Mr. Smoke to purchase charcoals but was surprised to find that their prices were double those of other stores. The steep price increase of 100% left me feeling disappointed and compelled to explore more affordable options. Comparison shopping became essential to ensure a fair deal.

Great store, clean, good service, many products that live up to the name. Guy kicked me and a few friends out after a purchase while waiting for an Uber. Said the store needs to be kept with free space. Pretty sure the more crowded your store looks the more busier and worth while it looks...All good but my experience of being asked to leave for space reasons when only one other customer was inside was rude and unnecessary.
