I was looking for information about long term disability before I get to that time. Right now im on short term disability but doctors say I might not work again. I've heard bad stories about getting LTD. Most lawyers don't want to be bothered with supplying info before something happens. Its scary when you've never had a issue like this. I contacted Resolute Legal Disability Lawyers after my medical issues finally made it impossible for me to work anymore, and my long term disability insurance company refused to honor my policy. i needed legal help and researching companies i decided to use resolute legal. I picked this firm over all the other firms in the area because after doing research and talking with them i decided they would best suit my needs to deal with this issue. As a result of their hard work, i have used them twice once for my long term disability(ltd) case, and for my disability tax credit(dtc) case. i was satisfied with the outcome in both cases. for the ltd case no one is ever happy with the amount of money they get, but i was extremely happy i never had to deal with that insurance company ever again. like most cases i settled in mediation. as for my dtc they helped my medical people through the very confusing application process, and i got it without going to court. Now that we’ve received this outcome, with these issues taken care of i start taking care of myself. my medical issues are ongoing, but with each of these issues taken care of these are two things i do not have be concerned with, and i know that if they do become an issue resolute legal will be there to help me deal with them.
