VERY DISAPPOINTING Wish there was a ZERO star Showed up 35 minutes late, no calls, no equipment other than a grocery bag, no nothing. Tried calling them several times and no one answers the phone, left voice mail, no return calls. Really odd really disappointing. Never again.ruined my wife's afternoon after getting out of the hospital. Shame on you.

My experience was amazing! Ferial listened to everything I said and gave me the haircut I wanted for a while now. She is truly kind, Caring and very professional. The next time I need a haircut I will be booking with Beautydel again.

I booked the BeautyDel last minute and it was such a great experience.I had Anita as a hairstylist and Anastasya as a make up artist . Will highly recommend them ! Girls were very professional and made the whole process easy and enjoyable .

Gwenyth did my mani/pedi this month and last month at my home. She outdid any aesthetician who has ever done my nails. She is prompt, lovely, meticulous, clean. A fabulous find.

I booked a makeup service for my mom and the artist was very accommodating and respectful. She arrived on time, used quality products, and took the time to ensure everything was done professionally. It was 11:00 amMakeup was finished at 12:30!Imagine on your own wedding day, makeup finished 1.5 hours later!Disaster!Pictures of what makeup is to be done have been sent!Despite this, the make-up was definitely different from the photos sent.I can send all pictures.Ferail is not qualified as a makeup artist!Ferial did not offer a mirror at every turn! What can confirm people who stayed in the room!After finishing my makeup, I cried and Ferial saw it.I asked her to fix my makeup. It was already 12:30 pm and the wedding ceremony was booked at 12:00 pm.This can also be confirmed by the person staying with me in the room.Make-up artists are not allowed to interact with customers. This is company policy. Ferial saw dissatisfaction and decided to write to the person who made the booking if I liked the make-up!The reviews were not written by me. What time should the makeup artist come to do my makeup and hair for the wedding and I sent photos of what makeup I want. Ferial makeup artist should arrive at 9:00 am. She was late explaining traffic. Make-up was supposed to be done by 11:00 am and she finished at 12:30! Imagine 1.5 hours later. My ceremony was to take place at 12:00, catering was ordered for 1:00 pm. Everything was late!Back to makeup.When Ferial handed me the mirror, I almost cried. The makeup was terrible, there was no resemblance to the photos I sent. I told her to fix it because I didn't want it and it's not makeup like photos!Complete lack of experience and qualifications.I didn't have time to sit back for a few more hours and fix my makeup because I was already late.I have all the evidence, like ceremony reservations, catering, and makeup photosI wrote an e-mail to the company asking for an explanation why this happened? The company lies and does not take customers seriously.After a few emails, they offered me $30 for future services.Offering $30 for a ruined day is ridiculous and shows a lack of professionalism.The company should take responsibility for mistakes!It's disrespectful to customers.Future brides stay away from this company!YOU RUIN MY DAY!!!Please take responsibility for this.I can send pictures for those interested.I am still waiting for a response from the company to solve this problem.

Review 1: Outdated booking system - annoying, time consuming process to book services. No showed twice for appointments. Nothing was done to make things right other than offering an add-on service worth $10-15. Waste of time. Stay away. This business is not ready to deliver what they promise.Review 2: This review is now needed to clarify the truth and elaborate further since the owner prefers to argue and lie online in response to review 1.Illness is understandable, however, not my problem and I was not contacted until I reached out several times after waiting for someone to show up. The owner said someone called me and there was no such missed call - which my call log can prove.An apology with a $10-15 add-on on future services was offered and a promise it would not happen again. I am reasonable person, and rebooked making it clear that I couldn’t afford my time to be wasted again.Sure enough, a call came in at the exact time I was scheduled for the service from the individual (already too late) and she was lost (1 min from my home at the correct intersection) asking me for the address which she already had (not my problem considering she had everything she needed - construction excuses make no difference to the route or being on time), so I helped guide her over the phone, and texted her afterwards when I didn’t hear back after 40 mins wondering where she was. After contacting the owner again, another apology followed blaming it on her GPS taking her in circles. Again, I have the calls and text messages as evidence if needed.More importantly, as a business owner myself, I believe it’s critical to do what’s right when you fail. Lack of proper investigation, lying to cover up mistakes and choosing this platform to argue about it vs offer a valuable and fair resolution is not wise - and was certainly not my first choice. If you look at my profile, I don’t have a habit of leaving bad reviews. I just want people to know the truth and not have their time wasted.A proper resolution could have been offered and discussed but I simply received a final apology email stating my feedback was appreciated and would be shared with management.Hopefully I don’t have to elaborate even further with pictures if this persists.

The techs are extremely friendly. Very punctual. They are very good at doing nails. The website is easy to use. Can't recommend them enough. Especially for elderly patients.
