Had a small leak in our basement. Basement Systems came and did an in-person estimate. When we decided to go with them, they were able to schedule us in quickly, their employee did a good job. Was mindful and careful of our house. Has rained a few times and everything seems to be good now. Definitely recommend for fixes that don't cost thousands and won't destroy your yard in the process.

The Crews we had in to complete the basement repairs were both professional, friendly, clean and hard working. All the repairs were completed on time and the estimate was, what was quoted when the repairs were completed. Very Happy with the service that was provided, And our basement is now dry !!! We can't say enough good things about Basement Systems. From estimator Brock to the 2 guys, Craig & Steven, that waterproofed our walls and installed the waterguard system, they couldn't have done a better job. They were all so professional, on time and super thorough with everything. They were very good at explaining the whole process and what to expect, which made the stressful situation of us have to spend several thousand dollars to repair our basement, a whole lot easier. They arrived when they said they would, were very professional and very friendly. They were onsite for 6 days cleaned up their mess everyday and were pleasant to have a round. They did excellent work and we are very confident in the work they did. No more basement flood worries and honestly at a far lower cost then the alternatives. I would highly recommend them.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDNeeded a horizontal crack looked at in my basement. The owner came and inspected it. Another company quoted me $10,000 to water proof the siding of my house to ensure that crack doesn't go any further. Instead of trying to beat the quote or sell me a service he confirmed what I already thought, that the crack was nothing to worry about (see picture) He told me to monitor it and fix the grade outside the wall. No charge for the visit what so ever, even after I asked him to charge me. It is very rare to find any Home involved service that is going to be honest and fair. Had a huge crack in the foundation wall which caused water to seep in and made the basement floor heave. They fixed the crack with Injection foam, installed the Water Guard system, installed Interior Weeping Tile and installed a Sump Pump. Craig and his team were very professional and explained everything while the work was being done and after everything was finished. I would highly recommend them for any basement waterproofing work and I would call them back if I needed basement work in the future.

Basement Systems installed water guard weeping tile and CleanSpace wall coverings. This is the best system to protect houses from unwanted flooding and even moisture in the basement. The free assessment came with a lot of useful observations and information. I had a small area done in 2016, which solved my problem. 7 years later, it was clear that the rest of my basement needed protection from groundwater. The crew was so awesome! Craig was warm and professional. He explained the process from start to finish, giving me tours at the end of each day so that I could see and understand the system. Bowing foundation wall - with horizontal crack that ran the length. Multiple vertical cracks. Craig and his crew went above and beyond to ensure all issues were fixed and everything was not only structurally sound but water tight. Highly recommend - a pleasant experience from start to finish.
