It's a gas station. Ok price. The car wash does not do a good job

I only got about 2-3 litres but I honestly think petro has better tasting gas.

Staff are rude!! Husband and I have been here dozens of times and not once have we ever had a nice experience. Complained that they weren't a bank after I handed them a 50$ for gas!! What is going on?

Went to get gas Saturday night before work, pay at pump system took a $100 pre authorization then after a minute or so the screen just said system error. So I went to another pump to try again and the same thing happened. Got no explanation from the attendant and I left. Now it’s been a week and there’s still $100 pre authorization on my credit card. Poor service in my opinion. Don’t recommend this gas station!

I use my debit card for a pre-authorization, go through the whole process, put nozzle in my gas tank and select type of gas, everything freezes. Go inside and wait in line until I get to the cash, guy says pump 9, 10 and 12 are Pay Inside only but there's no visible sign of that. Then says I have to go back to the pump because the nozzle is still in my tank and he can't process anything until it's back in the pump. I leave and go to pump #5, go through the same process except a sign pops up stating that keyboard on that pump is inoperative. I quit and go the the Esso on Lepine st, everything is working there so I fill up. This is not the first time, there's always malfunctions of one thing or another at that ultramar, and I've been going there for many years which I'm now fed up with. I just feel sorry for the cashier who has to take all the flack, it's not his fault, it's the owners.

Price 11 cents better than metro Ottawa on the day I bought gas there. Didn't go inside.
