Costco Wholesale

I shop around 700$ every second day, I asked for big orange cart ,asked for help from one of the manager, she ignored and walked away, there is no lines marked for self check our, and cashier check out. Would be easy if floor is marked with both separate lines, so customers can be happy and less confused.Also ,there is non stop traffic all around, get it its busy but should also hire some security or third party help by giving away 0.5% and make life better for customers, so they don't stuck non stop.

Fantastic pharmacy. The pharmacists and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I love that they now have a gas station. Cheaper than everywhere else.

I went to Costco to buy a new phone today. Joshua K. provided the best customer service at the phone kiosk! He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I had so many questions about buying the phone and he was so very patient with me. He really made my day!

A big shout-out to the Cafe folks. My friend accidentally ordered 2 WHOLE pizzas instead of 2 slices. They were kind enough to refund her money so she could order again properly. Thank you for your kindness and understanding yesterday!

Great place to shop, weekends super busy with out of towner's. Spacious, friendly staff, fair prices. I hate bringing my wife there...it's always $500.00 bucks with her there...lol.

Staff are really nice and knowledgeable. Good food and good portions at a very reasonable price. There can be quite the line up at times when checking out, but I was suprised on how fast the line was moving (on the left, cashier service). Might be good to put signage to explain the lines, on the floor and/or from the ceiling to help create a bit more order and for people who are new know without a doubt where to go. Great products sold (usually at good if not great prices) and you can get carried away with purchases if you aren't careful and take time to think about your purchases. You can also find lots more on the COSTCO website. I was very impressed with the fast shipping as well. Prices may be a bit more when shopping online but it was free shipping if I remember correctly. Overall I was impressed with my experience online and in-store.

Great place to shop but be prepared to spend more than you wanted. Too many cool things to pass up. Sometimes the cash lines are long but my biggest pet peeve has to be the second wait line when you are leaving. Waiting in long lines to have your receipt checked is very annoying at times. When they are quick it's not so bad, but those occasions are few and far between it seems.Update to this is regarding the new self serve cashes... I know these are controversial but they do work nice and smooth. There is always an employee or two close by to assist. Seems much quicker going through and at least it's an added option if you choose it.

It's Costco. Hug amounts of stuff to buy. There's some very good deals here. Some stuff you can buy in a grocery store for the same price. Do keep in mind how much you usually park for thing, and how much you consume. Some things won't be a bargain if you can't use it all up. Not a bad place for getting items for college care packages for your student at large.

Costco has been a true essential for us. Since we live approx 8 hours away from the nearest Costco, online shopping is how we choose our items. On a down side, searching for our favorite products and not locating them on the website is very frustrating. Not sure why this occurs with Kirkland brand products but it does. So be aware! Other than that, we haven't had any major issues.
