Lure Caramel Co.

We purchased Kate's chocolate dipped caramels as favours for our wedding - talk about YUM! They were the perfect treat for our guests, and Kate was wonderful to coordinate with.

A neighbour wanted to introduce herself to me, after I drained the swamp in her yard while she was away, in preparation for an epic rainstorm.She was thankful enough to drive 40 minutes each way, and secure a 6 pack of chocolate dipped caramels as a token of her appreciation.Let me tell you, dear reader, I have never felt so appreciated in my life.I was foolishly worried they would be too chewy. Instead the caramel melts in my mouth with enough delay to ensure that every moment is savoured.I was skeptical that maybe the chocolate would be that waxy, inferior confectionery. Not the case with these beauties, it seems the Belgians were consulted.I’ve now officially starred the location on my map, and will be detouring whenever I’m anywhere remotely close.In short, I never imagined that draining a swamp would be so incredibly delicious.
