Thank you so much to Ian at Bidwell's Towing, for the fast, friendly service. I thought for sure I would be waiting around for hours to have my car towed, since it was a saturday afternoon on a long weekend. But Ian showed up within 15 minutes. He was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable.I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do I will definitely be calling Bidwell's again.100% Recommend

I had an excellent experience with Bidwell! They came quite quickly, we're super jovial and cheery to talk with and it was affordable.

Either he was having a bad day, or Brad's customer service skills left much to be desired. Rude, and condescending, he thinks he is doing someone a favour by doing his own job. Had I not had my 4 kids with me at the time, i would have never hired him.Make sure to clarify what Brad means by how he calculates mileage because, at least in my case, he was not clear and then claimed the opposite. When I asked if I could speak to someone about the misunderstanding , he replied I am the business owner.In addition I asked him if the tire on my car can be changed, and Brad said something along the line that he could guarantee me that the spare wheel would probably be jammed and would not be any good. I trusted his judgement.Anyway, it's my word against his, all I can say is buyer beware.

I am really thankful to this towing company. What an impressive service, were so quick to respond. I was stuck on highway and had to work in ER and they came at night and got my car. Changed my tire and fixed everything. Highly recommend this company

Do not let these guys tow your vehicle. The other reviews are fake as they only reviewed one company ever. Long story short they damaged our car when it was towed and didn't do anything to help fix it.They investigated" and said that it wouldn't be possible that they damaged the car even though I showed one of their workers a video of my car before towing without the dent and scratches. They did respond and made it seem like they cared for at least one phone call

Excellent Service from this company. CAA sent them to help me, I had broke down on the side of the 401 in a very dangerous spot. The driver was extremely quick and efficient. His service couldn't have been better. He saved me. It was a very dangerous spot, the trucks did not move over or slow down at all. The driver was in danger. I am very grateful that CAA sent this company. Terrific professional service. I would highly recommend this company

I had a tire sensor light come on and the lady and gentleman were very helpful...thought I might need a tow, but the gentleman checked all my tires and said As far as he could see all looked good but he said to be careful and I made it home safe to Trenton..You made my day. Thank you

Best towing experience I have with Brad. Not nice to have accidents but bidwell goes far beyond customer service. Dealt with them a few times before and always satisfied.

Got a flat half way home to Sarnia today! These guys were quick, came out changed my tire and sent me on my way in an hour! Price was decent too!
