I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at East End Tailoring. I brought in my formal dress I am wearing to a wedding and was told that it would be around $50.00 for the hem and $3.00 for an added clasp. I just got my dress and it was over $100.00!! It also was not hemmed to where I had shown them that I wanted it too and because of that I am still walking on the ends of the dress! I was not the one who picked up the dress, so when I called back to try and get the issue resolved they were absolutely no help. They stated that they had told me it would cost this much and that I must have misunderstood. When asked for a partial refund or anything to resolve this issue, they would not hear of it. Because of this experience, I now have a dress that has costed me as much as I paid for it just in tailoring and there is hardly a difference in the length of the dress. I do NOT recommend shopping here for your tailoring needs!!!!

Wanted to charge me $60 to replace a zipper in a down coat because she said the down is dusty. Tony the tailor charged me $35.

Not impressed. Thread used to fix item was a different color. Sewed one piece over another.

Quick and friendly service! Brought my coat in to get the slider part of my zipper replaced and I got it back the next day.

Had a pair of camouflage pants taken in. The end result turned out perfect. This is my go to place for zippers hems and take in's.
