One star is 1 too many! Service is awful. Suppose to have a delivery yesterday, truck didn't show up. Promised delivery today by 10 am & was told they understand it is urgent. Driver just arrived at 1:30 & said they put the order at the back of the truck for last delivery of his day. So 1 day & 3.5 hours late. When I called in a couple of times dispatch lied & said traffic was the problem. When looking at google maps & live cams the roads were clear. I will never use this company again.

Our company has been working with Sure Track for a couple of years now. We really appreciate their customer service. They are so quick to revert on quotes and deal with real time issues. They take the stress out of having to deal with deliveries between warehouses and clients.

Unbelievable! I had a $3,000 banner & pod delivered to my office. The guy calls to get helps with the package. I look out the window and he pulls out the pod and purposefully dropped it on the concert floor, breaking 2 of the latches. I go down to speak with him and he says, A couple of the latches are loose

I drove with Sure Track for almost 1 year and I had a great experience. Owners of Suretrack are absolutely amazing. Dispatch team is very Friendly and understanding. All of other team members are Great people, The pay was on time everytime. Keep it up Sure Track!

After moving to suretrack i am very happy with the professional team. Very helpful and convenient customer service. As far as the tracking is... it's very accurate. Like extremely. I don't expect any automated or even manual input of arrival to be accurate. But they arrive the minute they estimated. Anyways, great care with equipment, professional. Great company overall.

Might be fine for deliveries but their driver was rude. He was parked in school crossing and when was told to move he just got belligerent. Called customer service to get told they were dealing with it but refused to give a name of supervisor or let me talk to a supervisor. Very poor customer service.

Just the worst at logistics. For a logistics company, they really should improve their communication. Their internal team doesn't properly communicate with delivery staff, making the delivery process impossible. Hard to get a direct answer, every answer is - delivered by 5 or sometime today. Unable to locate their drivers and give direct answers. They also broke our shipment. Nevertheless, their customer service team is condescending, rude, and pushy. I haven't even received a response for an email I sent 1 week ago regarding our shipment they broke. Spend they extra money and use a better delivery service - not worth the head ache.
