I was so thankful to have hired Brooks Home Inspections for my house inspection. Graeme was friendly, professional, and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He was easy to communicate with while setting up the appointment, during the home inspection and after the fact too. He explained all concerns in person during a walk around and also promptly emailed a in a very detailed report that came with clear photos of the concerns. I cannot recommend him enough and would not hesitate to hire him again.
