It's a nice decent place and not busy like the east bowling place I liked the glow bowling and the big screens over the lanes playing good music. however the shoes and balls have to be replaced as they are worn out. vending machines were out of things and the food was not that great. staff is nice so I hope things regarding facility will be improved in the future

Courteous staff, the price is right very affordable, a good place to enjoy especially during winter time, the lanes are good, a good place for bowlers and for those who want to learn this good sport.

The one older women here treats you like absolute trash and makes you feel unwelcome from the get-go. There was no policing of the shoe station, so my pair ended up being mixed with strangers shoes and ultimately damaged. She consistently was staring at my party, as though we were about to start a disturbance and at one point told us that we were very lucky to be able to play here tonight since they were very booked up. Mind you we were there for over an hour and by the end, only 4 of the 20 lanes were occupied.Overall I would absolutely NOT recommend. She also came to scream at us for trying to keep our belonging safe and called us a liar when we proceeded to explain the situation.See below for edit after response from company.We were met with hostility before we had said a word and told we were lucky to be there. She is claiming these to make herself and the business look better like they have done with every other less then perfect review. We started polite and matched attitudes as we felt is necessary to keep ourselves safe in her presence.

Terrible service. Lanes broke down. Pretty much made us feel totally unwelcome and like our business was an inconvenience to them. Kept telling customers they were too busy to accommodate their requests but there were only 2 lanes running when we left. The whole experience sucked. Only thing nice was the bartender who treated us great. I used to bowl here as a kid. Definitely not the same as it used to be. Also we waited to finish our drinks after they told us we couldnt bowl anymore and no one showed up while we waited for over an hour. They could have just let us keep bowling but we sat there watching no one come in till we finished our drinks.

We went with a group of 13 (kids of various ages and lots of adults) and had an amazing time. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and there were lots of snack options. Affordable overall. The colours and lights were great and it was a huge hit with the kids. We would definitely come back.

Had my daughter's birthday party here. Staff was nice and helpful. Cheap prices as well for a birthday. Will definitely come back here again.

Good looking place and good lanes. The poor staff members are seen running here and there to serve orders and help at the desk and clear up stuck pins. Definitely understaffed. The audio set up is absolutely terrible! A giant speaker at one end of the alley literally feet away from a lane and the family we were bowling beside. It started off barely tolerable but we could still interact with the family beside us and then they turned it up! It's not like the speaker was facing the lanes, no no, that speaker was pointed directly at us. It was not enjoyable having to yell at my own teammates just to be heard.

Rented this out for a corporate event for about 25 people. The gang had a blast! We played 10 pin and enjoyed the disco atmosphere and retro electonic score keeping. Wendy helped organized it all for us, and made the whole process easy. We went in the afternoon and had the place all to ourselves. We'll do it again for sure. Great fun.
