Dog died after surgery…been 3months since, still don’t have any answers as to how or why he died.. but she was super quick to grab 2500$ for 1hr of work and could probably care less about my dead dog ….super inconsiderate person! I really hope you enjoyed that money :)

Carolin has been our family vet for as long as we have had pets and our children were little. Over the 20+ years she has taken care of all of our pets. We have the utmost confidence in her knowledge and skill. She has seen it all. There has been many times that she has saved our beloved fur family members. She has even put their needs before her own. We can't say enough positive, good things about this compassionate and caring vet. She has been such a blessing to us.

Literally the definition of zero care about trying to get a new client!! I called to ask about cleaning my dog's teeth, what to expect and the average or rough estimate, unfortunately the usual standard answer was given, that one that says we can't tell you an estimate and you have to come and we will tell you verbally after doing an exam

I brought my 17 year old cat Gus here and he unfortunately had to be put down. The vet was the kindest and sweetest person I’ve ever met. I couldn’t stop crying and she sat beside me and comforted me the entire time. I wish I could give her clinic more than 5 stars and I would highly recommend this vet to anyone. Her and her receptionist are amazing and very highly knowledgeable people who both care so so much about their patients. I am so happy that I chose to put my cat down here because I know that they will take such good care of him while preparing for his cremation❤️

Called the clinic to get an idea about the pricing and the receptionist said that they don’t provide an estimate over the phone. We asked to give us a range for teeth cleaning for a small dog - she still refused. She sounded completely indifferent and rude. Didn’t offer us to come for an initial exam. Very cold and not trustworthy.

Because of Dr. Carolin's kindness, expert assessment, and subsequent referral to a surgeon, I was able to get immediate surgery for my dog that was in pain and presented with an aggressive, invasive cancer. It turned out not to be cancer, but I was prepared and felt supported and cared for by the staff. In one visit they helped me navigate the best way to help my dog without harassing my dog with unnecessary tests. My dog was at ease and even started to snooze in the exam room.I'm thankful for the gentle handling and the efficient veterinary care. No matter the outcome, it was a huge relief to have it taken seriously and addressed quickly. My dog continues to be exuberant and free as he heals post-surgery and reminds me of how life should be lived.

Got a new puppy and thought I would try a new vet. I was amazed. She was down on the ground playing with my puppy. Answered all my question. She spaces her appointments well apart, so she is never rushing. She truly cared for her patients.

Compassionate, knowledgeable​, affordable. This vet clinic is a little ways out of the city but it's well worth the trip. Dr. Carolin is attentive and highly skilled, especially in regards to surgery. You can tell how much she truly cares for her patients just by watching her interact with them; she's so sweet and gentle. All of my pets love her and I'm confident that you'll love her too.
