Been waiting a few weeks for some kind of compensation from this company for all the mulch I had to take up and throw away due to improper storage of the mulch and growing mildew/ mushroom spores. Put this mulch down as a grass alternative and awoke to a sea of mushrooms in less then a month, both manager and assistant manager are away on holidays and there’s nobody able to ok any kind of compensation, bought over 20 bags of the great value mulch from wAlmart, put it down, had to tear it up as I have pets and grandchildren, mulch says pet friendly and chid safe, not when it’s filled with mushrooms it’s not. 21 compost bags I had to get rid of, i now have a yard of mud. These bags were bought and put down immediately, not stored anywhere by me. I noticed some white powdery residue within the bags but thought nothing of it and put it down, little did I know, it was mildew/ mushroom spores from improper storage. Ibought red for one side and brown for the other, the red is fine, the brown is a write off. Guess I have to wait another week or so firvan answer from this company. Sad when both manager and assistant take holidays at the same time.
