Dollarama

Amazing selection , less stuff than other locations , but is local to Stanley Park and great for some of your crafty and basic needs

Good collection of items. Seasonal items in stock. Halloween items have been stocked up.

The staff working there is very rude specially a weird lady and a guy on the counter. They both were very disrespectful to me, they don’t have manners to talk to a customer.

This particular store seems to have all the cool fun stuff posted on the Dollarama Facebook posts! This location never disappoints!

My 1st time in this store, it was nice and clean, didn't have a couple things I can get at other stores but it was a nice experience.

This location lacks sympathy towards customers. Location aisles are always messy with damaged products. I have seen a lady (looks like a manager) talking badly to some set of folks whenever they approach them with genuine questions. I will request visitors to be mindful before reaching out for help as you might get rude answers.

They always have a wide selection and only 1 person working cashier.

This is a lovely newish location, it's my favourite Dollarama in KW. I'm a Dollarama regular, I go all the time!

Manager here don't have polite way to answer. I am not sure if anyone else has observed this but definitely she thinks she is the smartest people in store and talks with straight voice without using any sympathetic words especially to brown and black skin folks.If you have observed this behavior please reply to this, I am taking up case with a Dollarama management.

I normally don't give bad reviews but my experience was very bad.Moral of the story: Don't buy electronic stuff from Dollorama no guarantee they will work.Date: 07/11/2022 bought a lightning cable for charging. Same day hooked up tested at night it didn't work. Didn't return as it was already late.Date: 08/11/2022 went to Dollorama for refund for faulty product with the receipt.Manager(Fatima Moussa) said I will not do anything even if the product is faulty sorry. If I exchange you will come back tomorrow again saying product not working.I understand store has no return policy but when the product is faulty and customer comes back next day with the receipt they should consider and politely refund. Overall very dissatisfied with the way the staff handled the situation at least they could have been polite in the tone and said sorry that the product didn't work (clearly they need better training in handling these kinds of situations)
