These guys have high school diplomas and walk around the place like they're Harvard grads. That's the attitude that management has and that's why it's the worst place to work. There are many call center jobs that require the same level of work, with better pay and where you don't get treated like garbage.

Do yourself a favor, do not apply for Sitel. Especially the PSCU campaign.Ever since the first day of training, for PSCU banking services our training class was a hot mess!! Trainer Saundra Broadway couldnt organize herself, show up from breaks or even come to class on time. She constantly cussed diring training class. She couldnt even get people in class to come to class prepared with working internet and no distractions which were things that were made perfectly clear to all of us when were hired. People in class like Anthony M and Jemie would not pay attention and would literallly cause the class to be halted while we caught them up on what little we had done.All of this chaos was impacting our training, we werent able to learn much of anything yet we need to know what we are doing as we are handling people's bank accts. I tried to express concerns about this, and thats when the bullying started. wanted to give you a some examples of the bullying by Broadway.#1 continuously yelling in our ears. 8 hours a day despite my requests to please lower her voice. She refused to do so#2 telling the whole training class about the fact that I one of the class members had raised concerns and that this person needs to back off a bit". She had also stated multiple times that she wanted to "give this person a virtual throat punch". She had stated she was ex military so i took this threat seriously. This was said multiple times that week but most recently during the class June 23#3 her response to my email about the concerns I had was to make a joke of it. Telling me " do you think I like having these issues? I have been telling them for 2 years to fix the issues lol". This email is in my work email . Tell HR about the issues

Applying here has been a complete waste of time. Applied in September and got an email that I passed the interview in October, no feedback on next step until November when I tried reaching them via Instagram only for me to get a reject mail automatically. No reason for reject,passed interview and system check

Out of all the call-centre jobs I've had, Sitel has been, by far, the best place to work!! I love the job, the people, the atmosphere, all of it!! They take good care of their employees and there are always opportunities for learning, development and growth.

Ohh this company saved me during the period of covid by giving me work from home job. Absolutely amazing team with most kindest people on earth. Thank you so much from bottom of heart. It's a great job for all who wants to work from home. Good incentives.

Sitel has given me nothing but amazing opportunities and experiences through my time working with the company. Within 6 months I was able to train for a telecommunications campaign, assist with answering questions and eventually move up to a coach apprentice. The amount of personal growth I have been able to achieve from the safety of my home through this trying time has been over the top and I could not thank sitel enough!

I love working here. The work atmosphere is amazing. We have friendly coaches to guide and improve ourselves. A best place to work in Canada and am so glad that I got an opportunity to work here. Thanks Sitel ❤️
