5 stars for being the best at selling their business... worst service ever though! I've attended many receptions (weddings, fundraises, showers, etc...) at different levels and so far, their service was lower than the worst event I've ever attended!Completely unprofessional team that does not know how to answer guests properly along with telling lies and hiding food; they were even rude with the host and his guests. To sum it up… complete mess. Besides all the behavioural issues, the cook left 30 minutes early (that were prepaid), the dishwasher ignored his job and was acting as one of the 4 servers and the Maitre d'Hotel couldn't lead his team and distribute and perform the tasks properly. On top of all, one of the servers brought their kid to the event and attempted to hide them in a closet!After all this, the owner had the audacity to call asking for feedback and give excuses for that behavior! All I got in return was I was told that everything was nice and went smoothly" ~Gilbert (the owner)... which turned out to be his team's feedback.He'll sell you with his double digit years of experience

Tres bons endroit pour ' réceptionner '

Même pas eu le temps de ce rendre au service. Le propriétaire cancel le mariage car il n'a pas reçu le dépôt avant 21h. Ensuite au téléphone il nous mentionne qu'il fait du haut de gamme de gens riche en laissant sous-entendre que notre mariage ces de la petite bière pour lui et qu'il n'a pas besoin de sa pour gagné sa vie. Bref il nous laisse tomber à 2 semaines du mariage. J'espère ce review vous éclairera dans votre choix de compagnie de service.

Mme Michèle nous a donné un bon service au bar pour notre 5 à 7 de 70 employés. Ponctuelle, souriante et prévoyante. Merci!
