Sue and her team did an amazing job. They delivered floral arrangements and decorations that were from my dreams, truly more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. She was able to weed through all my request to create a vision that was everything I wanted. Having Sue do decorations, flatware and florals allowed me to streamline my planning and ensure the vision was cohesively executed

Working with Sue was the best decision we made for our wedding day. She made a vision I didn't even know I had come to life. We initially chose to work with Sue based off of the reviews and the amount of weddings she had already done at our venue. From my initial inquiry, to our first phone call, to the wedding day, all communication was very prompt and detailed, she was very helpful when it came to giving suggestions within our budget, and made it easy by asking for pictures I liked and made a vision board. All of our wedding guests were absolutely blown away by the flowers! She exceeded any expectations that we had. I highly suggest working with Sue for your wedding day!

We hired Sue Gallo Designs for florals and decor for our winter wedding at the Elora Mills Hotel & Spa (December 2022). From the beginning Sue was a pleasure to work with. She listened to our vision and ideas (even when they changed several times) and also brought her own enthusiasm, creativity and expertise which were greatly appreciated throughout the wedding planning process!Even though we had met with Sue on several occasions to discuss decor and floral details, we were still absolutely shocked on the day of the wedding. Everything was even more beautiful than we could have imagined and our jaws literally dropped when we saw the reception space for the reveal.The florals were everything we had hoped it would be. They were in a beautiful and coordinated color palette and we received a lot of compliments from wedding guests, vendors and venue staff on the florals/decor.The day looked absolutely magical and Sue and her team were a big part of this.

My now husband and I were very excited to work with Sue as she had amazing reviews online and our venue had worked very closely with her before. She was our first vendor we chose and were confident that everything would look spectacular.A staff member dropped off our bouquet flowers the morning of the wedding. We paid almost $9k for flowers and decor and they looked a bit…dead. My bridesmaids then took a closer look and saw that almost all the bouquets had flowers that were very brown. I called my coordinator and she got the vendor to come back. She picked off all the dead petals when really, it should have been picked before it got to us. If WE could see they were dying, the girl dropping them off should have too.We ended up with TONS of dead petals in our bathtub and throughout the day, flowers were falling off everywhere. Now, I 100% understand flowers will deteriorate and fall, etc but these were falling with little to no movement.I’ve attached pictures for reference and contacted Sue 3 times about this situation with ZERO response at all - no apology, explanation, nothing — which led me to this review.

Choosing Sue was the best decision we made, she helped bring our vision together and knew exactly what we wanted. Everything came together so perfectly we couldn’t have asked for anything more. She was very responsive and even when I made a flower colour change she was really understanding and made it perfect! We are so happy when we look back at our special day how beautiful it all was. Can’t thank Sue and her team enough!

We cannot even express how exceptional Sue & her team were at executing our perfect wedding day. Our florals were absolutely perfect and exactly what we had envisioned. Sue ensured every single detail was beyond perfect and she had so many wonderful ideas to add to our big day.As soon as we met with Sue we knew that she was the perfect fit for us! I got married in September and we are so happy we chose Sue to work with, she did an amazing job! She asked for pictures and my Pinterest board to make sure she was understanding our style and our vision and then she created a vision board, which was so helpful!We hired Sue to do our flowers along with most of our decor which made the day so stress free. Sue and her team took care of setting up and styling all the decor and flowers. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect as a vision board can only really tell you so much but we were absolutely blown away. Sue definitely understood our vision and did an amazing job putting it all together. We received so many compliments regarding our flowers and decor! We cannot recommend Sue enough!
