Our family purchased a Switch and found all the staff at Northland extremely helpful. Ed walked us through every step of purchasing our first boat and got us ready for a fun summer on the water. Our Switch exceeded our expectations and we were well prepared. The first weekend with our boat was one we will remember. Thank you Ed and everyone at Northland!!

We recently purchased a UTV through Northland and have been tremendously happy. The entire experience was educational (and fun) for us as new UTV owners. Ed and his team helped us make the right decisions along the way and went above and beyond to deliver the UTV, get our tracks on before the snow & more. We chose Northland not only for the amazing products but also the ongoing service & support. Additionally, we are obsessed with our new Defender! We’ve been able to explore remote parts of Muskoka we never could have discovered otherwise and it’s added to much to our family’s cottage experience.

Went to buy skidoo boots. They had my brother in law's size in stock, but not mine. I bought my brother in law a size 10, but asked if they could order a size 11 for me, but wanted to make sure I was not going to be charged until I knew that they would fit, since I'm a size 10.5. these boots only come in even size 10-11. Was told I'd have to pay a 20 percent restocking fee if the boots did not fit. Also this is a product they carry, they just didn't have a size 11 in stock.I called another skidoo dealer and they were happy to order the boots, and if they don't fit, I'm not obligated to pay anything.I'll never shop at this dealer again!

I purchased someone’s canceled spring order Ski Doo Renegade XRS this summer from Northland. Mike was a fantastic salesman, kept me up to date on the status of the order and delivery date. I mentioned a sled trip my friends and I were hoping to go on and even though the sled had just arrived at this store that day, witching two days him and his team got my sled ready when they were clearly very busy. Thrilled we were able to make that trip! When I arrived to pick it up Mike was great explaining every detail of the machine. I asked about having a second back up key programmed, as one of the techs walked by, tending to another matter, he happily offered to take care of that and within 10 minutes my key was programmed. I purchased some oil and clothing and a great discount as well. Everyone I encountered was friendly and offering to help anyway they could. I highly recommend Northland!!!Dave

What a joke called ahead for a part they said they had it drove all the way there and they didn’t then wanted to help the next guy in line so wouldn’t even check the other sore

I felt out of place and not welcome at all I bought a camouflage Outlander 850 I had a salesman named ed he never took me seriously threw out the whole deal I felt like I was taken for a fool at the end of the transaction I didnt get so much as a hat

Very hard to get ahold of the kilworthy dealer. There is no direct number. Most often you can never get through once transferred. Have never had great luck here - its unfortunate as they are my closest dealer.
