Lovely team here, got incredible service from Austin, Taylor, Jeff & Rudy.Felt like a part of the family and experienced a down to earth team that were very thorough with the financing, pricing and vehicle features.They also impressively detailed the beautiful Deep blue pearl Frontier Pro-4x for me, when I walked into the dealership I was speechless.They truly made it a wonderful experience after driving from 8 hours away, Austin even looked up an Airbnb for me to stay the night making sure I had good rest to complete the truck pickup.Highly recommend this location and honestly Nissan vehicles are up there in quality and craftsmanship especially appreciating the build on this 2022 pro4x inside and and out!

My husband and I popped into Medicine Hat Nissan on May 20. We were greeted immediately by a friendly smile from Jen - she took her time answering all our questions and taking us out for a test drive. Uncle Dan" was pleasant and answered additional questions we had. From there Taylor took over and helped us sort out financing etc.... and just over a week later we decided to buy and drove home in a brand spanking new Nissan Murano just yesterday! This dealership was super awesome to deal with. Right from the time we entered the dealership for the first time our salesperson, Taylor, was so friendly and most important, knowledgeable about the Nissan Murano. She went over all the features before we test drove and was super helpful with explaining the features while we drove. She also introduced us to the service department personnel and Jeanie was great in setting up our first oil change in the future. Would definitely recommend Taylor as your sales agent if you are looking. When it came to dealing with the money part, Austin was great! Went over everything in detail and what he couldn’t answer, Jeff filled in what we needed to know. When we picked up our vehicle, Mike, the sales Manager, sat down with us getting our feedback on the service. I can tell you it was nothing but good. It was very obvious this dealership works as a confident team which makes the whole process of buying so much easier and comfortable!
