Not a caring facility. My mom was in for a pretty important appointment but I could not come in and get details of her up coming treatments, so hopefully she can comprehend what was about to happen to her.

I've given this review a lot of thought. The way your first appointment is booked is a little frustrating, and the two hour wait could perhaps be communicated a little better, but I honestly feel that Dr. Bozdech is worth the wait. The quality of care I received was top notch, and especially when you're having sharp objects near your eye, you want the best. All of the staff at the clinic were very nice.I would absolutely recommend this clinic to my friends, as long as they remember to bring a good book to read in the waiting room.

Mess with the bull you get the horns. That’s what happens when a poor excuse of a doctor makes fun of a woman for her disabilities and try’s to turn it on her by calling her racist. Go back to school and learn to how to be professional in a workplace.

Probably one of the most incompetent and useless doctors and staff, my family has ever witnessed. Complete lack of bedside manner and patient care. You dr bozdech should be ashamed of yourself.

Terrible experience and total lack of patient care and family support care. They refuse to allow anyone to be present for a family's members apt. Very rude and they don't follow the AHS policies on Designated Family / support worker. The Dr. tells the patient one thing( Dr. told mom that family can come into apt) The front staff refuses to allow it. What a sickening experience not be allowed and to be told to wait outside. I would never see this Dr. cause he allows the abuse and lack of caring and comfort to happen and continue.

Had to rate a one star , because zero isn't available. I've seen this Dr a couple times with out any answers . He made me feel like my presence there was a Meer joke . When I seen him at the hospital he seemed nice , but he had zero compassion, or bed side manor at his office. So sarcastic.I will NEVER go back.

Dr. Bozdech is the worst doctor I have ever met. He is rude, self riotous, refuses to properly answer questions and is a bully. If you have an elderly family member going here, do not let them go alone.

Stay away! Dr.Bozdech is rude,disrespectful,condescending, and lacks simple human compassion! Go to Edmonton or Calgary instead of this quack! I truly never in 30 years dealt with such a miserable @#%$& ! His license should be revoked!
